- Blocking Slots

All blocks are valid for 1 hour only and can be made up to 24 hours before a flight.
To confirm a blocked slot, the payment should be made within 1 hour of blocking the slot, else it will be automatically released. - Payment

Payments must be made by you as DMC for the NET value (Publishe Rate minus your commission) before the booking is fully confirmed. A payment link will be provided once the booking is made and can be accessed via the booking list. You will have 1 hour to make payment. After this the booking will be cancelled and the payment link deactivated.
You then charge your customer the Published Rate. - Cancellations

A 100% refund (minus 05% cancellation fee) will be granted if a flight is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to departure.
A 50% refund (minus 05% cancellation fee) will be granted if a flight is cancelled 24 to 48 hours prior to departure.
No refund will be granted for flights cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure.
If the flight had to be cancelled by Falcon Tours due to weather conditions or technical problems, the customers will be notified through a phone call. A full refund can be granted, or a rescheduled booking can be arranged.
A 5% cancellation fee will apply for all bookings that have been paid for.
Cancellations must be requested via email to tours@falconaviation.ae. - Amendments
- Amendments will not be possible less than 24 hours before the departure time.
- Passenger Weight

Sharing:
The weight limit is 110kgs per passenger per seat, passengers who weigh more than this or close to this are required to add/purchase one more seat due to weight and balance limitation of the aircraft. We cannot offer a tour if a seat belt extender is required.
Exclusive/Private: The maximum total weight limit is 450kgs per flight as per the weight and balance limitation of the aircraft.
- Children Policy
- Kids above 2 years can only fly and children are charged full price as due to regulations they need to sit in their own seat
- Pregnancy Policy
- Passenger can fly up to 32nd week of pregnancy, as long as the passenger haven’t had any complications or medical concerns

A booking cannot be made until all mandatory fields are filled.
Reporting time for passengers is strictly 45 minutes before departure time. Falcon Tours reserves the right to consider late passengers as “No shows”.
Passengers are insured in congruence with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authorities regulations.
Smoking, food and beverages are prohibited on our helicopter flights. - Prohibited Items
